Our hotel was great, I was sad the pool was closed. We had a three-bedroom suite with a kitchen which was amazing because we could make our own breakfast and lunch if we had to and snacks, I was eating out in Blue mountain is a bit expensive. The room was very clean, and everything worked well. It was hard to find parking at the main entrance... But there was also a Spartan race which had a lot of people in the area. The hotel has a great location walking right out into the main part of Blue mountain

Now I read a lot of reviews and tried to gauge why everyone had to become a travel critic and cut stars for obvious stuff. 1 if you book at any of the suites available in the village, it is kinda your responsibility to follow the instructions on how to check-in and where to go for check-in. Same goes for parking as well. You get parking permits when you check-in and the process is quite simple. You get emails on all the instructions you need for your check-in and parking before your booking start date 2 it is your responsibility to check the weather if you’re planning for the activities such as Ridge runner coaster, Wind rider triple zips, Skywalk High ropes challenge and more. The team ensures those are working with 100% safe conditions at all times. 3 the staff is really friendly and would be very happy to assist you should you have any questions or concerns. If you need anything or even have simples questions like I did, they treat you well and answer them comfortably. (Kudos to the reception team at the Grand Georgian, you guys were great) 4 Room service is prompt and fast - I had a table lamp bulb no working and it was replaced within 5 minutes of me mentioning it in the ALTO digital concierge service. My wife’s birthday was the same day we checked in at the Weider lodge, they had a small gift from the candy shop ready for her, it is the minor details that counts. She was really happy to see the gift. The TV does not have smart options but then again I really feel you didn’t come to the blue mountains just so that you can binge watch the latest episodes of the Stranger Things. They have fireplace in the suite and the thermostat is quite responsive with the temperature changes. The sofa, bed and the chairs are much comfortable. Those are not the standard ones you get at furniture stores that give up after 2 years, quite durable and made from wood. Construction was under way just below my suite and so long as I closed the windows I couldn’t hear a thing. With the booking also covering activities such as agora path of light , canopy climb and the gondola , you can go for hiking at one of the many trails available at top of the mountain.

This hotel is very conveniently located in the Blue Mountain Village and a very short walk to the ski lifts. The rooms are nice, and have a small kitchen and fireplace. The garage parking is convenient, although it can be difficult to find a spot when the hotel is busy. In the “Seasons” wing of the hotel, room service is only provided upon request. I would definitely stay here again.

Anthony was fantastic during our check-in. He was welcoming, efficient, and incredibly professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel genuinely valued as guests from the moment we arrived. His friendly attitude set a great tone for our stay.

Spent a night and had such a great time! It all started with getting to the Village suites early to make the most of the day. Check in I believe is at 4pm, but we purchased a package that included "Ridge runner mountain coaster" "Canopy climb" and "ice skating" with rentals included. So we arrived at 10am and made sure we checked in and got all wrist bands etc, to which we were surprised to have a room ready! Free parking underground at the hotel as well. Friendly staff, great service and right at the heart of the village! Great fun filled getaway!

Excellent location, friendly staff, room was clean and spacious Given how beautiful the hotel is and how stunning the location is, I expected that some renovations would be done. The bathroom floor tiles and the carpet in the room and hallways were quite outdated. That said, everything was clean overall, and I was generally very satisfied with my

We had a little suite with a one bedroom and full little kitchen, with pull out couch. It was just two of us (a cousin weekend away) and it worked so perfectly to be able to make breakfast in the morning but be so close to everything in the village for all the out of room dining. The pull out couch is possible quite old, but it wasn’t too bad and as the one who slept on it I didn’t mind it. A smart tv would have been nice to be able to stream some of our regular shows and desired movies at night but if you brought an hdmi cord and laptop you would be all set! You also get a couple of attractions included with your stay so make sure to take advantage of that when you stay!

Grand Georgian suites did not disappoint. A two bedroom suite with a great view of the mountain. The layout of this room was amazing and the kitchen was great … except for knives … if you like to cook like I do bring your own sharp knives because the ones they provide are cheap and dull which makes them unsafe to use. The couple of missing basics for the kitchen were also a bit frustrating for the first night but I added two items for the next guests that will be helpful I feel. Would have been an easy 5 stars if the kitchen items were more on point (my two cents of course). We will be back someday soon.
